1. Introduction: These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website, https://zumie.com.ng ("Website"), and the "Zumie" mobile application ("App"). Collectively, the Website and App are referred to as the "Platform". By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and other Zumie policies (e.g., Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy). If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue using the Platform and uninstall the App.

2. Eligibility: The Platform may be used by:

• Individuals aged 18 or older.

• Corporate legal entities, such as companies.

3. Use of the Platform and Services: All commercial terms, such as prices, taxes, shipping, payment methods, and delivery terms, are negotiated solely between Buyers and Merchants. Zumie does not participate in or control these terms and serves only as a facilitator. While Zumie may provide support services to Merchants, it is not responsible for:

• Non-performance or breach of contracts between Buyers and Merchants.

• Quality, availability, or fulfillment of goods provided by Merchants.

• Discrepancies between menu/food images and actual items received.

4. Personal Information: To use our services, you must create an account and provide personal information, such as name, phone number, and email address. You can control what additional information you share. Protect your identity and sensitive information; you may update your profile at any time.

5. Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Orders will be delivered to the address specified at the time of purchase. If delivery cannot be completed due to issues on your end, the order will be deemed delivered, and you will not be eligible for a refund. Any delivery to an alternate address may incur additional fees.

6. Payment: You must provide accurate credit/debit card details when making payments through approved gateways. You agree to use only your own payment method. Payment details are not stored by Zumie but by third-party providers. Zumie disclaims liability for unauthorized use of your card. Services are available during Merchants' working hours.

7. Prohibited Activities: Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating laws or regulations.

• Posting content that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights.

• Harassing, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.

• Cyber-bullying or risky behavior.

• Sharing personal contact details or external URLs.

• Impersonation and unauthorized data collection.

Zumie reserves the right to:

• Investigate and remove non-compliant content.

• Terminate user access for violations.

• Monitor, edit, or delete content as needed.

8. Amendments: Zumie may modify these Terms and related policies at any time by posting updates on the Platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

9. Payment Methods: Zumie may change available payment methods at its discretion. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and credit card/payment information is not stored by Zumie. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes will be handled as outlined in these Terms.

10. Cancellations: Zumie reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, coverage issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
